The POC-17C-ULT3 is a fan-less Touch Panel PC with a 17" (5:4) LCD with a projected capacitive touch screen, which supports multi-touch. The LCD is housed behind an IP 65 compliant front panel for added protection. The POC-17C-ULT3 supports the Intel Skylake-ULT platform Core i5-6300U and Celeron 3955U processors and can be equipped with a maximum of 32GB DDR4 non-ECC un-buffered SO-DIMM memory. Internal storage can come in two ways. There are two 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s HDD bay and one mSATA reserved (M.2 interface).

The POC-17C-ULT3 has one RJ-11 for barcode module (1D/2D), four USB 2.0 and four USB 3.0 ports. There is also an HDMI output, two GbE LAN ports and a RS-232/422/485. WiFi is also available using the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2T2R module. The DC jack accepts 12~28V and the power adapter is a 120W medical power adapter. Its input is 100V~240V AC and it outputs 19V DC. The POC-17C-ULT3 can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C~40°C and can be mounted on a Wall, Stand and Arm.
