The EBOX630B is a fanless embedded AI system engineered for robust performance in extreme environments, powered by Intel Core Ultra 7/5 processors (Series 1 & 2). It integrates multiple compute engines—CPU, GPU (with Intel Arc GPU on H SKU), and NPU (Intel AI Boost)—to efficiently handle diverse AI workloads. Memory support includes dual-channel DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM up to 96GB, while I/O features six USB ports, two USB Type-C ports with DisplayPort support, and multiple display interfaces including one HDMI 1.4b and three DisplayPorts (two via USB-C). Networking is robust with three 2.5GbE LAN ports featuring TSN and one additional GbE port. Storage options include two front-access swappable 2.5" HDD/SSD bays and one M.2 Key M 2280 slot.
Designed for harsh conditions, it operates reliably from -40°C to +60°C and accepts a wide 9–60 VDC power input. The system also supports the OpenVINO toolkit, making it ideal for edge AI computing deployments.
