The HPC-170GR-HD1900B is a Fan-less Panel PC supporting Intel's Celeron J1900, 2.0GHz Quad-Core SoC, 10W and a non-expandable onboard SAMSUNG 4GB DDR3L memory. The 17.0" LED backlight LCD along with its 5-Wires Analog Resistive Touch Screen are housed behind the IP65, NEMA 4 Rugged Protection, Metal Front Bezel. There is sufficient space for one 2.5" SATA3 and an M.2 (2242/2260/2280) device for storage along with a mini PCI-E (Full size) and a SIM Card Holder.

The I/Os consist of a GPIO, two USB 3.0, four USB 2.0, two RJ-45 ports and four COM ports (two RS232, two RS232/422/485). There is also one VGA port and a 9-28V 2.5mm Diameter Locking DC Power Jack for use with the 100~240V AC-DC 60W power adapter or 9~28V DC with over current protection fuse. The power consumption of the HPC-170GR-HD1900B is 37.5W and the operating temperature is 0 ~ 60°C.
