The Supermicro X11SPA-TF is a new board being offered for various platforms such as 4U, 3U and High-Performance workstations. The full line of Intel Xeon Scalable Processors is supported as well as the next generation Xeon Processors. There are twelve DIMM slots that support a total of 3TB when full to capacity. A maximum of seven GPU cards and be used as well as four M.2 devices for added storage capacity (supports RAID 0 & 1). The Intel C621 controller supports eight SATA3 (6 Gbps) ports and can be configured to run RAID 0,1,5,10.
This board has four PCI-E 3.0 x16 and three PCI-E 3.0 x8 (in x16 slot). There is a VGA port connector dedicated for IPMI (ASPEED AST2500). Three LAN ports are available, one Intel Ethernet Controller I210-AT, the other is an Aquantia AQC107 10G Ethernet Controller and the last is a Realtek RTL8211E PHY (dedicated IPMI). There is a total of two USB 2.0 and 10 USB 3.1 ports. Two COM Ports (1 rear, 1 header) are available along with a TPM Header. |
